摘要
The article focuses on a teacher professional activity, reveals theoretical base of pedagogical skills of teachers, describes monitoring of the psychological foundations of teachers' pedagogical skills..ne of the most important conditions for the development of education is intense optimum practical implementation of new advanced pedagogical ideas, technologies, advances in modern psycho-pedagogy and practice. Creating of a clear, manageable, flexible study, synthesis, dissemination and application of the latest achievements of teaching science and best practices in teaching process are one of the most important conditions for improving the work of educational institutions and improving the quality of education. One of the important components of the revised paradigm of education is to teach pupils to think creatively. Formation qualities of the teacher are to realize these objectives designed to pedagogy and its derivatives sector: educational psychology, basic educational skills, vocational and educational foundations of culture, comparative pedagogy. It is worth noting that in recent years the university has decreased emphasis on the development of psychological and pedagogical skills of future teachers. This has both objective and subjective factors. In particular, the representatives of a new generation came to universities; they are the graduates from universities that have not intended the goal to train teachers, and especially teachers of the university as well as candidates of pedagogical sciences, who did not pass the required practical training in schools as teachers (min. three years) and assistant practice in universities. And so we have to overcome these gaps in two areas in particular: the first, the development of the psychological foundations of pedagogical skills of future teachers and the second, the ability to teach today teachers appropriate pedagogical skills.
