摘要
Eleven species of tardigrades are recorded from the National Park of Kilimanjaro (Tanzania). Two of these species, Minibiotus africanus and Doryphoribius maranguensis, are new to science. Echiniscus scabrospinosus Fontoura 1982, Macrobiotus snaresensis Horning et al. 1978, and Itaquascon umbellinae Barros 1939 are new to the African fauna. Minibiotus africanus n. sp, has little circular and bigger elliptical cuticular perlae; two macroplacoids present; microplacoid absent. Doryphoribius maranguensis n. sp. has about 20 transverse undulations, irregularly shaped tubercles and, caudally, some indistinct gibbosities. Two macroplacoids present; microplacoid present.
