摘要：
It was shown that there are some molecules for which the weak coupling between vibrational and rotational motions does not take place, and these molecules reveal the anomalous rotation-vibration coupling. The rigid body model cannot describe their properties accurately. There is necessity of a more sophisticated approach, based on the deformable body model.
