摘要
A three-step synthesis of trifluoromethyl-substituted isoxazolidino[4,3-c]-chroman-4-ones and -quinolin-4-ones is described, where the key feature is an intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of C-aryl-N-benzylnitrones bearing a trifluoromethyl-substituted alkene function.
