摘要：

The results of surgical treatment of patients with uncomplicated forms of acute appendicitis using the laparoscopic method in the conditions of the multidisciplinary surgical center of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) were evaluated. Patients after the traditional appendectomy (TA) made a control group. Analysis of the treatment results demonstrated the high efficacy and safety of laparoscopic appendectomy (LA) in comparison with TA. Thus, the use of the LA method allows reducing the number of postoperative complications and shortening the length of stay in the surgical hospital.
