摘要
South Africa underwent a massive political change in 1994 when Nelson Mandela became the first democratically elected president. Since then, many changes in the law have been enacted, not all acceptable to Christians and Catholics in particular. This article describes the most important changes that were made and the efforts of Catholics to influence their content. Possible methodologies for future action are also discussed.
