THE FERROELECTRIC SWITCHING TIME IN THIN VDF-TRFE COPOLYMER FILMS

摘要
The ferroelectric switching time in thin vinylidenefluoride - trifluoroethylene copolymer films - determined by the technique of continous polarization reversal - shows a strong dependence on the temperature, the switching rate and on the electrical conductivity. Furthermore the dynamic ferroelectric behaviour depends on the amount of charge carriers injected into the polymer film which act to stabilize the remanent polarization.
