摘要：

The article offers the author's view on the possibility of using the methodology of chrono-discrete mono-geography comparative law (HMSP) in the study of actual problems of civil law. Subjected to the analysis of the Institute of intellectual property law through the methodology HMSP. The proposed specific scientific problems that can be the basis for research in the field of history of state and law of Russia and civil rights.
