摘要
The present research has like purpose of determining the relation between institutional labor productivity and the processes of knowledge management of the university teacher one from the perspective of the holistic paradigm, in the university institutes of technology of the Trujillo state. Contextualiza in the epistemology of social sciences, like an integrated paradigm of investigation of the conceptions holistic and positivist, and methodologically it is framed in the quantitative approach. The descriptive statistical analysis is used and the results show a solid educational performance in the basic functions, to the time that suffer from the necessary competitions and a deficient handling of the processes of knowledge management.
