SOME DERIVATIVES OF 1,2,3-TRIAZOLES - SYNTHESIS AND STUDY OF ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY

摘要：
1, 2, 3-Triazoles of acetylenic esters of benzoic acid derivatives were synthesized and assayed for antimicrobial activity. They were found to have some antimicrobial activity. The highest activity was exhibited by 1-phenyl-4,5-bis-(3-bromobenzoyloxymethyl)-1,2,3-triazole which was 1.5- fold potent as compared with the well-known antimicrobial agents penicillin, levomycetin (chloramphenicol), and polymyxin.
