摘要：
The dynamics of the politics of immigration in Spain can place in a chaotic style of capture of decisions as Kingdon (1995) proposes in his model of multiple currents. The phenomenon of the immigration has been an indissoluble part of the history of the humanity and Spain has not been foreign to this dynamics, is more, from beginning of the 21st century, our country has presented one of the major rates of immigration of the world. What a decade ago might be a fantasy today it is a reality; we have major percentage of foreigners on the total population that countries with long tradition as Germany, France or the United Kingdom, though the current economic crisis has relaxed this trend.
