摘要
The article discusses the question of internal cracks of phases and its influence on metallurgical characteristics of ferroalloys. Internal cracks in structure are known for example in phases in Fe-Al or Fe-Si systems. Typical in this way is the phase LEBOIT, created of intermetallic non-stechiometrical substance Fe-Si-2. While changing these substances into grained form for the use of secondary metallurgy, the influence of internal cracks insreasess. The influence of cracks in the ferroalloy structure on metalurgical process is interpreted in this work on alloying of steel by ferrosilicon.
