摘要
This paper deals with secondary teachers' reflections and beliefs about the Inservice Teacher Training they receive from the Education Board. In the case of the Valencian Community it is through the CEFIRE that the Inservice Training is carried out. A sample of 1207 secondary teachers was analised, and its most significant results are presented. Apart from the empirical data, a brief Inservice Teacher Training and teachers' beliefs rationale are discussed.
