摘要：

A study of the wind climate of Hong Kong is reported. This study is in the very early stages of implementation. To date the data collection system, and a building vibrator have been developed, and the sites for the monitoring of the response of ten buildings, ard two anemometers have been agreed. A collection of five buildings in the business district is being instrumented. What is unique about this study is the fact that data can be collected simultaneously from all sites and anemometers at a remote control centre.
