摘要
The suitability of a grinding wheel for grinding is determined by the CSGW (cutting surface of grinding wheel) condition shaped in the dressing process. A four-element set of sensitive statistical parameters was used for the assessment of the CSGW condition. The numerical values of the parameter set were evaluated from CSGW profilograms following computer analysis. In the authors' opinion, the laboratory method introduced in this paper develops the knowledge of the underrated dressing parameters which have an effect on the CSGW condition. It also helps to take advantage of the potentials of working grinding wheels.
