摘要
Traditional workshop formats are not always effective in creative writing classrooms with large class sizes and differing student ability levels. Such course demographics call for new pedagogical strategies. Piecing together cross-disciplinary activities, for example, provides insights that assist writers with character development, precision of detail and exploratory play. When presenting, developing and supporting the creativity of students, innovative pedagogy provides an excellent foundation and a model of a wide range of creative responses and possibilities.
