摘要：

Certain types of kinetics are associated with different conditions, most notably the form of the vacancy supply for the process. In particular, type 1 kinetics are associated with the proximity of a free surface, and type 4 kinetics are associated with purely conservative dislocation absorption where no external vacancy source is available, i. e. in the bulk of a polycrystalline specimen.
