摘要
Studies were carried out of the effect of the gamma-irradiating radionuclides contained in lupine seeds at concentrations of 2.7.10(3) Bq/kg Cs on physiological and biochemical characteristics of lupine plants grown from these seeds at stages of intensive growth, flowering and grain formation. There were findings of the accelerated course of a stage development in ontogenesis, increase of the photochemical activity of chloroplasts and peroxidase activity along with a rise of the contents of photosynthetic pigments and lipid peroxydation products. These data are indicative of the distinct stimulation effect induced by the incorporated radionuclides.
