摘要
The chemical synthesis of 5-aminoimidazole ribonucleoside (AIRs) and 5-aminoimidazole ribonucleotide (AIR) is described. The syntheses of specifically 15N-labeled derivatives of AIRs are also described. These provide, by 15N NMR ndeterminations, unequivocal structure assignment of rearrangement products and of loci of protonation. © 1990, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
