摘要
The study of VC precipitates close to nucleation is hampered by radiation induced loss of C. Serial recorded EELS requires too large a dose to get reliable information from precipitates approximately 1nm3. It is shown that if the dose can be reduced by approximately 1000 for the same signal, then it is feasible; such a factor is available with parallel EELS.
