摘要
The study of aluminum orthosphosphate isostructural with silica is becoming popular, particularly after the successful application of berlinite in piezoelectric devices. The present report deals with the study of the influence and admixtures on the crystallization of AlPO//4 in the system Al//2O//3-H//3PO//4 under hydrothermal conditions and leads to the discovery of a new polymorphic modification of AlPO//4. Also we have carried out a system characterization of this new modification which crystallizes in the monoclinic system.
