Spanish universities are in a moment that has superated the adaptation to the use of Information Technology and Communication (ICT). Not only in his most academic and management but also in its use as a tool for com-munication and marketing. Adapting the call 2.0 is almost complete. It is participatory by the user and begins to have a clear answer from the universities, to the point where it seems that social networking sites, based on the participatory web, have in the communication strategies of Spanish universities. One hundred percent of them have profiles for, or not, Face-book and Twitter networks with different fate and use. None is a scheme identical in terms of participation, as some have many followers and with little involvement by the Bank, and other yet have a profile created but not energize.
