摘要
Academics undertake different roles in the university, some of them more preferently than others. Suchs roles manifest themselves as languages and rethorics, sometimes non compatible and irreconcilable. My aim is to encourage the reader - allegedly an academic him/herself-to blend his/her teaching and research roles.
