摘要
Condyloma acuminata are increasing in frequency in the adult population, and similar increases in frequency have been noted in children. Six children ranging in age from 8 months to 7 years with condyloma acuminata were seen between 1983 and 1986. One child was the victim of sexual abuse. The parents of another child were known to have condyloma. Possible modes of transmission and therapeutic measures are discussed. Although the possibility of sexual abuse must be considered in any child who presents with condyloma, other routes of transmission are also possible.
