摘要
The terms "quality", "liability", "GMP", as well as those of the International Standard ISO 9000, all Of them being of great importance for the quality assurance by the food industry, are defined. The possibilities of the food surveillance on account of the directive 89/397/EEC and the various product specific directives are described. It is necessary to build up confidence and mutual understanding.
