摘要
A correlator of the localized wavefunctions pertinent to the interband optical transitions is explicitly calculated in the semiclassical limit for a 1-d semiconductor with disorder. The latter is represented as Gaussian-white-noise modulations of the complex gap parameter of diagonal electron energy in a Dirac-type model. We also correct some results of our previous paper.
