Use of statistical quantitative methods for monitoring quality parameters of raw materials

摘要：

Control cards proposed by L.L. Ho and F Aparisi (2016) were used for monitoring the processing magnesite raw material in an industrial hydrocyclone. Twenty-five mineral samples were evaluated by statistical quality management methods (Pearson and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, regulation diagrams, index of quality) to measure the efficiency of the production facility. The quality of the hydrocyclone operation was found unsatisfactory and respective corrective measures were recommended.
