摘要
A boundary element method is presented for the two-dimensional and steady-state analysis of the traveling magnetic field in a conductive material. The boundary integral equation is derived from Green's second identity. By the use of constant boundary elements, the boundary integral equation is transformed into a system of linear equations. Numerical results demonstrate the validity of the method. It is proved that even at large magnetic Reynolds numbers the boundary element solution is stably calculated with second-order accuracy.
