摘要
This article aims to analyze the changes in the state's role, with regard to the redefinitions between public and private, and their consequences for the democratization of education in Brazil. The relation between public and private are manifested in the current period both in terms of ownership changing (public non-state), and in relation to what remains in state ownership, but rearranges the educational processes in the market logic.
