摘要
This research paper describes and analyzes the conditions offered by the educational institutions: Colegio Bolivariano and Colegio Normal Superior, municipality of Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca. It aims to ensure the right to inclusive education for people with impaired sensory level and speech during 2015. The analysis is based on information provided by five reporting, non-participant observation in the institutions and the document review. We conclude that educational institutions in the municipality of Caicedonia allow access to people with impaired sensory and speech level, but do not offer integral inclusive education and present failures in fulfilling parameters such as affordability, acceptability and curricular adaptability. These facts ends up hindering the full development of the potential of the population with functional diversity and reaffirm the historical processes of social exclusion suffered by these people.
