摘要：

A method for the isotachophoretic determination of the pyrethroid insecticides alphamethrine and cypermethrine in water and soil is described. After extraction of the insecticides from the samples and evaporation of solvents, alkaline hydrolysis (pH = 12, 50-degrees-C) was applied. The degradation products, cis- and trans-dichlorochrysanthemic acids, were identified and determined by capillary isotachophoresis.
