摘要
This paper presents the results of an analytical study to evaluate creep-fatigue crack growth at fast breeder reactor (FBR) operating temperatures J-integral ranges for fatigue, J(f), and creep, J(c), were calculated for plates with a semi-elliptical surface crack and were applied to the evaluation of the crack growth from a postulated flaw. On the basis of these results, a crack opening area and a leak rate were evaluated under FBR operating conditions. The area and the leak rates had very small values compared with those used in safety design analyses of the Japanese prototype FBR.
