摘要
This study involved a comparison of three groups of academically at-risk college students, including (a) students who had a formal diagnosis of learning disability (LD), (b) students who identified themselves as having a learning problem (SILD), and (c) students who were low achievers (LA). The scholastic performance of students in the LD group was significantly different in several areas from the other two groups. Furthermore, the self-ratings of the LD and SILD groups were significantly lower than those of the LA group for many variables. Implications of the results are discussed.
