摘要：

A case of bronchial plasmocytoma found at the time of diagnosis of multiple myeloma in a sixty-year-old male is reported. Outcome was rapidly fatal despite a dramatic fall in monoclonal component levels under treatment. The features of these exceedingly infrequent bronchopulmonary complications of multiple myeloma are reviewed. Emphasis is put on their verv grim prognosis.
