摘要：
Life expectancy of chronically dialyzed patients has risen markedly. For a long time, dialysis-associated amyloidosis was considered one of the most severe late complications. Now reports are accumulating about the cystical degeneration of kidneys in long-term haemodialysis patients, which may lead to the development of hypernephroma. Two such cases are described here.
