摘要
The electrical resistivity of specimens of the system ZrC-C, obtained by chemical gas-phase deposition, has been investigated on the temperature interval from room temperature to 2900 degree K and on the carbon-phase concentration interval from 55 to 80% by volume. The effect of heat treatment on the structure of the C-phase and on the electrical resistivity of the ZrC-C system is explored.
