Structural mechanism of plastic deformation of nanomaterials with amorphous intergranular layers

摘要
Theoretical study of mechanical properties and plastic flow features in nanocrystals with amorphous intergranular layers is carried out. It is shown that the nanomaterial yield stress increases linear with a vise of both the amorphous phase yield stress and nanocrystal or cluster size.
