摘要
Experimental investigations of the three-mirror open resonator with the dielectric prism converter were conducted. The spectrum and amplitude distributions of the resonance electromagnetic fields were studied in case of the semiconductor sample near the total internal reflection facet and without it. It is shown that in such a system the high-quality oscillations are excited and its spectral characteristics can be changed due to mutual arrangement of the prism converter and open resonator mirrors. This electrodynamic system can be used to study physical process in semiconductors with the help of magnetoplasma waves methods.
