摘要
A facile method for the synthesis of phosphinic aminocarboxylic acids containing a lypophilic beta-phenylethyl radical at the phosphorus atom has been suggested. Bis(trimethylsilyl)hypophosphite, prepared from ammonium hypophosphite, is added to styrene, the phosphonite formed is further alkylated by the corresponding diethyl omega-bromoalkylacetoamidomalonate. Subsequent hydrolysis of beta-phenylethyl-phosphinylalkylacetoamidomalonates leads to the desired aminoacids.
