摘要
A porous gas electrode produced by sintering particles of metal and solid oxide electrolyte is discussed. The current-voltage characteristics and the distributions of potential and electric current in the porous electrode were calculated numerically while allowing for finite rates of charge transfer, gas adsorption and desorption, as well as diffusion of the electrochemically active materials at the interfaces. Spreading of the three-phase boundary was shown to influence the electrochemical characteristics of the distributed electrodes.
