We have grown, characterized and measured the thermal expansion of (FeF2)n(CoF2)n antiferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic superlattices, from which Neel antiferromagnetic transition temperatures T(N)(n) were obtained. These results are compared with similar measurements on FeF2/ZnF2 antiferromagnetic/non-magnetic superlattices. We conclude that for large n, the CoF2 near the interface depresses the transition temperature of the FeF2 significantly more than would be expected in FeF2/ZnF2 superlattices with similar FeF2 thicknesses.
