摘要
Disaccommodation (DA), or the temporal decrease in permeability after demagnetization, in yttrium iron garnet single crystals has been investigated as a function of temperature (77-300 K). On warming the sample illuminated with white light at 77 K, DA is observed to occur around 125 K. On the other hand, no DA is observable in an unilluminated sample over this temperature range. A model, consistent with the experimental results, is proposed in which the migration of oxygen vacancy and the photoexcited electron is emphasized.
