摘要：

Essence of laboratory works of students of higher educational establishments is exposed. The comprehensive analysis of historical pedagogical sources is conducted. Laboratory work creates terms for the use of theoretical knowledges in practice. The mastered abilities, skills and knowledges, are checked up in new laboratory work. Laboratory work influences on the emotional valued attitude toward an environment. Work renders assistance to forming of relation of student to the world, activity, scientific knowledges, moral norms and ideals.
