摘要
The phase diagram of the quasi-binary Ga2S3-Sb2S3 system was studied using differential thermal analysis and X-ray measurements. The glass forming domain of the Ga-Sb-S system is determined. As the result, it has been confirmed that Sb2S3 and Ga2S3 are the glass former and glass modifier respectively. The antimony atom environment into the Ga-Sb-S glass system has been investigated using far-infrared absorption measurements.
