摘要：
Thirty-eight strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from individual raw milk of 101 cows collected from 7 dairy farms. From their biological character, all isolated strains were identified as Staph. aureus var. bovis. To investigate the pathogenicity of the isolated strains, the coagulase reaction using bovine plasma, the production of beta-haemolysin, the colony type on cristal-violet agar and Staph. aureus and somatic cells were studied. The isolation frequencies of infectious strains were discussed by the coagulase type, position of the quarter, the lactation number and the month of calving.
