摘要
The thallium cuprates form a large family of layered structures whose classification is presented here in connection with their superconducting properties. Nonstoichiometry in those materials, which appears mainly in the form of planar defects is described. This difficult problem of satellites which are observed in electron diffraction patterns is considered. The issue of valence of thallium and copper in those phases is discussed. © 1990.
