摘要
A method for the determination of hydroxibenzoic acids used as food additives is shown here. The derivatization to methyl esters was verified to considerably improve the analysis versus selectivity and matrix effect. The Paired Ion Chromatography was used. Furthermore, the results were confirmed with TLC and GC/MS by TMS-derivatives.
