摘要
Franz-Keldysh oscillations are observed in the electro absorptive behaviour of certain glasses containing semiconductor microcrystallites. The period of oscillation is dependent on the applied field strength to the 0.6 power. © 1990, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
