摘要
Members of a profession cannot be certain to have their status forever. For those affected it has wide implications and thus requires special consideration for professionals who care for employees. There are even different theories, which discuss several aspects concerning this regress. In this regard especially three theories have to be mentioned: deprofessionalization, proletarianization/corporatization and rationalization. In the following article the theory of deprofessionalization will be presented. This theory broaches the issue of the impact of societal developments onto the doctor-patient relationship.
