摘要
A bilaminar consisting of a piezoelectric ceramic disk and a polymer disk was chosen to build a proximity detector in air. The influences of the polymer and ceramic thicknesses on the transducer dynamic behaviour are investigated using a finite element model, for various configurations. The influence of the type of polymer is also studied. Prototypes functioning at frequencies higher than 200 kHz were built. They allow detection ranges higher than 2 meters, with a cheap amplifier.
